China Anne McClain was featured in Variety in the “Top 10 TV Stars To Watch” for her role as ‘Jennifer Pierce’ in the CW/ DC Comic series, “BLACK LIGHTNING.” The show was recently renewed for season four.

CHINA recently reprised her role as the cunning and confident Uma, daughter of Ursula from "The Little Mermaid," in the highly anticipated Disney Channel Original Movie DESCENDANTS 3 which was one of Google’s top Family movies of 2019.

Previously, CHINA played the lead of her own Disney series “A.N.T. Farm” for which received an NAACP Image Award. She also appeared in Adam Sandler’s GROWN UPS franchise, playing Chris Rock and Maya Rudolph’s daughter.

A talented singer, McClain’s single “What’s My Name” from the Descendants 2 Soundtrack quickly received RIAA Certified Gold status. She made her feature film debut in the "The Gospel," opposite Idris Elba; immediately after landing her breakout role as Jasmine Payne in Tyler Perry’s hit TV show “House of Payne”, which is currently in a production reboot by Perry. Subsequently, McClain was offered a lead role in Tyler Perry's feature film "Daddy's Little Girls," alongside her sisters Sierra and Lauryn McClain.
