Eight CBS Original Series Deliver 10 Million Viewers or More
in Live Plus 35-Day Multiplatform Viewing

These CBS Original Series Post Double or Triple-Digit % Streaming* Gains
According to Nielsen’s live plus 35-day viewership data and internal streaming* figures for episodes airing through Jan. 8, eight CBS Original programs deliver 10 million or more viewers across linear TV and streaming in the 2022-2023 broadcast season to-date: NCIS (11.7m), GHOSTS (11.6m), FBI (11.4m), BLUE BLOODS (11.3m), YOUNG SHELDON (10.8m), THE EQUALIZER (10.4m), FIRE COUNTRY (10.3m) and 60 MINUTES (10.0m).
FIRE COUNTRY and 60 MINUTES join this year’s list alongside the other six series that hit the mark last season. FBI: MOST WANTED (9.5m) and FBI: INTERNATIONAL (9.0m) remain close to reaching the popularity milestone.
After 35 days of viewing, these series have also posted double and triple-digit streaming* gains year-over-year. Two of CBS’ younger hits have been particularly strong. GHOSTS is the most-watched broadcast comedy and top comedy on Paramount+. FIRE COUNTRY is a top 10 series on Paramount+.
Based on most current linear Nielsen data, CBS dramas continue to lead broadcast popularity with the top three non-sports programs: #1 NCIS, #2 FBI and #3 BLUE BLOODS; as well as the top two new series and top three new dramas of the season: #1 series/drama FIRE COUNTRY, #2 series/drama EAST NEW YORK and #3 drama SO HELP ME TODD. CBS also maintains seven of the top 10 broadcast dramas: #1 NCIS, #2 FBI, #3 BLUE BLOODS, #6 FIRE COUNTRY, #8 THE EQUALIZER, #9 FBI: MOST WANTED and #10 FBI: INTERNATIONAL. Additionally, CBS has four of the top five comedies: #1 YOUNG SHELDON, #2 GHOSTS, #3 THE NEIGHBORHOOD and #5 BOB HEARTS ABISHOLA.
