"Damage Control" - A 12-year-old boy who is the victim of child pornography refuses to name his assailant, forcing Amy to charge him with obstructing justice, on JUDGING AMY, Tuesday, Nov. 12 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. James Frawley directed from a script by Paul Guyot.
Amy must turn a victim of child pornography into a criminal when a new hot-shot assistant DA files obstruction of justice charges against the boy when he won't reveal who is taking pornographic photos of him. Meanwhile, Maxine's instincts lead her to investigate whether a recovering alcoholic and wife-beater has changed his ways. Also, Kyle is tempted by a fellow resident to take some drugs to help him cope with his sleep deprivation.
