AMY'S SWITCH TO THE CRIMINAL COURT CAUSES HER TO QUESTION HER ROLE IN THE LEGAL PROCESS, ON "JUDGING AMY," TUESDAY, SEPT. 30
"Going Down" -- Amy struggles with her new responsibilities as a criminal court judge when she oversees a high profile murder case, on JUDGING AMY, Tuesday, Sept. 30 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Paul Michael Glaser directed the episode from a script by Executive Producer Karen Hall.
Amy's first criminal case proves to be a high-profile one, causing her to question her new role in the legal system. The case brings her into daily contact with Assistant District Attorney David McClaren, who gives Amy a hard time when he discovers she is engaged to Stu, his former colleague. Meanwhile, Maxine is enraged when an "Amber Alert" is not issued for a missing girl because she is a foster child with a history of running away. Peter dismisses Gillian's feelings when she tells him she had an out-of-body experience, and Kyle and Lily's relationship heats up even as Lily continues to make plans to leave St. Michael's.
