“Urban Oasis” – Jeff Corwin embarks on an extraordinary journey through New York City, showcasing the inspiring efforts of community building and wildlife conservation. The first stop is a grassroots organization that has turned a food desert into a thriving urban oasis with locally grown produce. Next, he joins a dedicated group providing support to pet owners in need. And then, Jeff helps find an elusive salamander species that has found an unexpected refuge in the city’s urban parks.
