- Scott Clifton
When Scott Clifton won Outstanding Lead Actor at the Daytime Emmy Awards in April 2017 for his portrayal of Liam Spencer, he became the first male actor in Daytime Emmy history to have won in all three acting categories: Younger, Supporting and Lead. He has received a total of nine Emmy nominations to date.
In the spring of 2014, Clifton played opposite Bob Barker as part of a special animal rescue storyline on THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL. He and his wife, Nicole, adopted a cat during the show’s production, which they named Walter White.
Prior to his role on THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL, Clifton portrayed Schuyler Joplin on “One Life to Live” from 2009 to 2010 and Dillon Quartermaine on “General Hospital” from 2003 to 2007. In addition to daytime dramas, Clifton has appeared in the television series “Judging Amy,” on the Network, “Undressed” and “Roswell.” His film credits include “The Death Strip,” “Arizona Summer” and “Terminal Error.” Also, Clifton lent his voice to the IO Interactive video game, “Hitman V.”
An accomplished singer and songwriter, Clifton self-produced and self-released the albums Untitled, Unbeautiful, So Much for the Night Life and Girl Go Home on iTunes.
