Longtime couple Eric Winter and Roselyn Sanchez visit "The Talk" and discuss work and family. On what we can except in the new season of "The Rookie," Winter says, "Tons of action, it opens up big right away. I think our show is just so great because you get to go home with these characters, it's not a typical procedural. And we have just, again more great character depth with all of us. From Bradford just diving in from his failures of last season and trying to really perfect himself, going to therapy, working through all that and carrying that into the job." The couple goes on to share their holiday plans with Sanchez revealing, "We're going to stay here for Christmas, then we're going to take the kids to New York for the first time...we are going to see the Rockettes." Winter adds, "Can't wait. Hoping for a little snow, a little bit."

He was very nervous, because he did have a lot of lines in Spanish, and after 19 years he only knows five words. It was his first time acting in Spanish, and it was very cute to watch him like be all like super nervous, but then he did fantastic." Winter reacts, "She was a great director. She did a phenomenal job. But I'm working with some of these talented actresses that are all you know, Spanish speakers, first language, and I'm coming in trying to say it phonetically correctly, trying to understand what I'm saying, trying to put the acting piece into it, it was nerve-racking." Sanchez adds, "You did great."

We knew she was beautiful, right, but we didn't know the level of complexity that she had. And if you watched her documentary you see how incredibly smart she is and how thoughtful she is. This is a movie, it's about the closing of the last jubilee, the last big show girl in Vegas...you know, because Vegas has turned into quite frankly, one giant slutty circus. Look, I'm never going to have a residency there, so I don't care if they never invite me back...the showgirls were beautiful ambassadors of great beauty and class, so this is a movie about what happens to those women, it's quite emotional."

I'm thankful that I'm a sober parent. I'm thankful that I have a family. I have children who call me mom. I have a husband of 40 years right now... And I get a creative life that allows me to make movies...and most important, the reason Amanda [Kloots] and I met, is I also have the ability as a public person to support institution that I believe deserve our support." She adds, "One of the ways that we were able to work together was that Amanda had just lost her husband [Nick Cordero]. You were the first public face of what that was to the world because you documented your journey with your family and your beautiful boy [Elvis], and I was able to come on right after that and bring Amanda one of the My Hand In Yours sculptures which we created to offer comfort for people in times of crisis, and you were in the biggest crisis....and so I'm most grateful that my life has allowed me to be an advocate for love and comfort...Daytime television supports charities, and I'm telling you my appearance on your show took myhandinyours.com into a new stratosphere because of that time, so the gratitude."

Kristin Chenoweth visits "The Talk" and dishes on her new holiday movie "Our Little Secret" and co-star Lindsay Lohan. Chenoweth says, "I give a little shade, those characters are really fun to play. I 'm nothing like that...if there was a Housewives of Atlanta she would probably be on that show. But it's really cute, it's my seventh holiday movie and I love the cast, and I obviously I love that Lindsay Lohan." She adds,"I remember...'Freaky Friday' and 'Wicked' came out at the same time and a few years later I was on a red carpet...she came up to me very quickly, they were swarming her, and she said 'Glinda,' and I always remember that...and she's wonderful. You know, I think about her a lot, and I think about when I was 21, if I had a camera in my face, I may or may not have danced on a bar in a wet t-shirt contest drunk...if I had a camera in my face I sure would have gotten into trouble. But how she's handled it and how far she's come, and her mother skills, and she's so happy too. And look at the talent, like I'm ready, come on Lindsay, give it to us. She's such a great actress."

Kloots says, "We've had some amazing comedians on this show, and it had made me think of my manny, Elvis's manny, Ben Nickelson. He not only takes amazing care of my son...but he's also an aspiring stand-up comedian and he's been working so hard at this since the day that I met him. And I just thought, what a better time than Thanksgiving week to get him on the show so everyone can see him." Nickelson goes on to perform a set for the studio audience.
