Drew: Did we start together? Like, is a film that I was in?
Seth: And you produced, right? Yes, very much so ‘Donnie Darko’ was the first movie I was ever in.
Oh. Wow, my head, my head lost 40 pounds. My head's a whole other shape. That's amazing.
Drew: You're a baby.
Seth: I'm a little child.
Drew: Like, aren't you like a teenager?
Seth: 18 years old where we made that movie. Yeah, yeah, it was so cool. Patrick Swayze was in that movie. I remember meeting Patrick Swayze on a razor scooter, and it was amazing. It blew my mind.
The whole cast, Noah Wyle was in the movie. Jake Gyllenhaal, it was one of Jake Gyllenhaal's first movies. It really was, yeah, and I remember thinking, yeah, I remember like this guy's gonna be famous. I remember thinking that.

Seth: Steven Spielberg, who gave, who you know is instrumental in your life in many ways as he is mine.
Drew: And yours because, OK, I did not know this as big of a ‘Freaks and Geeks’ fan as I am, and I believe I feel like close to Steven. I didn't know he produced ‘Freaks and Geeks.’
Seth: Yeah, he was one of DreamWorks' first television shows, yeah. I know, and he was actually involved in it like he, he watched every episode he was involved in the casting. He was like, I had to approve of you. Like he's like, it was, he's like because it was one of our first shows, I, he was, he was very involved in the process of, of making it.
Seth Reveals Most Ridiculous Publicity Stunt He’s Done for a Movie
https://app.cimediacloud.com/r/AhphihSsz5Va
Kathryn: Hi, Seth. Did you get any sleep last night? I got a little. OK, this is a question left behind. As you know, maybe not, I played the studio's marketing executive. What is the most ridiculous publicity stunt that you've ever pulled?
Seth: The weirdest publicity stunt I've ever done for a movie, They used, I'm sure I've made so many stupid videos and stuff like that. They used to always want us to make viral videos. That was the thing. They'd be like, make a viral video, and we'd always be like, you can't make a viral video. You make a video and hopefully it goes viral. But and so we, there was a good phase in our lives where we were doing just like the dumbest stuff ever like praying that it would go viral in some capacity, and it never once did.
