New York, NY - August 22, 2008 -INSIDE EDITION speaks with veteran game show host Chuck Woolery about past contestant Rielle Hunter.

Hunter, who is John Edward's former mistress, appeared on Lingo back in 2002.

Following are excerpted quotes from this exclusive interview scheduled to broadcast on INSIDE EDITION.  Credit must be given to INSIDE EDITION.

Woolery, who says he immediately recognized Hunter when pictures of her first surfaced, tells INSIDE EDITION he regrets that his show has a link to the biggest sex scandal of the year.

Woolery:  "It's ironic how life plays out...I have to have John Edward's mistress on my show."

INSIDE EDITION played the episode of Lingo Hunter appeared on for Woolery.  In it Hunter claims to do a lot a lot of yoga and chanting.

Woolery: "She was a chanter and a yoga person when I saw her.  Apparently there's more to that chant than meets the eye."

Woolery also tells INSIDE EDITION Hunter's affair with a married man casts a dark shadow on her moral character.
