New York, NY - August 27, 2009 - INSIDE EDITION has an exclusive photo of model, Jasmine Fiore, taken just days before her brutal murder.  The photo was taken on August 11 and 12, just three days before her body was discovered.  Fiore's first husband, Michael Carosi, poses with her in the photo.

Carosi married the model in 2004 and they divorced after three years.  Carosi served time for trafficking cocaine and ecstasy and in a potential breakthrough development, it turns out that Fiore was there when her ex was released from prison earlier this month.

Carosi's mother confirmed to INSIDE EDITION that the couple celebrated his prison release by going to the beach, which is where this photo of Fiore with Carosi was taken.

They also spent the night together at the Hard Rock Hotel in San Diego, leading some to speculate that Ryan Jenkins killed Fiore in a fit of jealous rage.

Carosi has been cleared of any involvement in the murder, police said.
