Two-part interview to air Monday, November 11 & Tuesday, November 12

New York, NY — November 11, 2013 — Inside Edition’s Paul Boyd exclusively speaks with Gypsy Willis, the mistress of Dr. Martin MacNeill, who breaks her silence just hours after he was convicted of first-degree murder in the death of his wife, Michelle MacNeill.

Prosecutors say MacNeill murdered his wife to be with Gypsy.

Paul Boyd: “He killed for you.”

Gypsy Willis: “I don’t agree. I do not believe he killed for me.”

Inside Edition also asks Gypsy why she attended Michelle MacNeill’s funeral.

Paul Boyd: “Many people feel that it was shameful for the mistress to go to the funeral.”

Gypsy Willis: “I was concerned for Martin. I wanted to be there, and felt sorry that I had been a part of his life that had been inappropriate.”

Gypsy, who MacNeill moved into the family home, supposedly as a nanny, after his wife’s death, gave Inside Edition exclusive photos of the doctor and her vacationing in Washington State.

She also speaks to claims that Gypsy was hardly a textbook nanny, telling Inside Edition that she didn’t carry on inappropriately with MacNeill at his home while the children were awake.

Gypsy Willis: “We would go in there and talk while the children were up. We never went in there and stayed inappropriately while they were up.”

Paul Boyd: “You didn’t have sex with Dr. MacNeill while you were in the house?”

Gypsy Willis: “No, I did. But this was long after everyone had gone to bed.” 

Inside Edition is with Gypsy, who breaks down as she watches the moment of the guilty verdict, which came in the early hours of Saturday, for this first time.
