THE DOCTORS RETURNS FOR SEASON SEVEN MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 8 WITH 7 AMAZING GIVEWAYS FOR 7 INSPIRING VIEWERS

 

  

 

 

(Hollywood, CA – Sept. 2, 2014) – The Emmy® Award-winning syndicated talk show returns for its seventh season with all-new episodes, on Monday, September 8. The Doctors consistently offers the most timely, topical and practical health and wellness information on daytime television.  To further share and connect with viewers, the show is also debuting a new and more interactive website, www.thedoctorstv.com.

 

The Doctors is hosted by six engaging physicians who are among the best in their respective fields, including ER physician Dr. Travis Stork, plastic surgeon and reconstructive surgery expert Dr. Andrew Ordon and pediatrician Dr. James Sears. Recurring co-hosts include OB/GYN Dr. Jennifer Ashton, urologist Dr. Jennifer Berman, and family practitioner and sexologist, Dr. Rachael Ross.

 

The season premiere show features “Lucky Season 7 Giveaways of a Lifetime.” Seven inspiring viewers are surprised and rewarded for their altruism or for surviving medical hardships. I Survived The High Dive Fall!

A YouTube video of a 17-year-old girl who tumbled and fell off the high diving board at her local swimming pool went viral with over 3.7 million views. Taylor and her mother visit The Doctors from Utah in their first TV interview to address reports that she only had a hurt finger after her fall.  (Wednesday, September 10)  

 

Dangerous DIY Plastic Surgery Trend

The Doctors investigate non-FDA approved fillers for cosmetic enhancement being marketed & sold on-line to anyone with a credit card. Patient physiological reactions and product lab tests result in dangerous outcomes for those purchasing these products.  (Thursday, September 11)

 

Paralyzed Vet Walks!

Derek Herrera was critically injured while serving in Afghanistan and is paralyzed from the waist down.  He, his wife, and Re-Walk CEO Larry Jasinski, the innovator of the new Re-Walk Exoskeleton, just approved by the FDA, visit The Doctors to demonstrate Derek’s new ability to walk. (Friday, September 12)

 

Red Sweat Investigation

The Doctors investigate a woman who thinks she is sweating rust.  Debbie’s perspiration, clothing and sheets are constantly red. The Doctors run a full battery of tests on Debbie and her environment to uncover a rare condition called Chromhidrosis. (Friday, September 12)
