CASSIE DILAURA

Correspondent

Cassie DiLaura is a correspondent at ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT. DiLaura previously served as a digital correspondent and producer for ET.

Since joining the team in 2018, DiLaura has conducted hundreds of headline-generating interviews with not only some of the biggest stars in Hollywood, such as Kevin Costner and George Clooney, but also royalty such as Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex. She has traveled the world on assignment from set visits in Budapest to courtroom coverage for Alec Baldwin's trial in Santa Fe.

DiLaura has played an integral part in the brand’s success in the digital and live-streaming space as well with her coverage of daily entertainment news stories, which have amassed millions of views. In addition, she has secured many exclusive interviews for ET with country music's top artists like Blake Shelton and Morgan Wallen.

For the past five years, she has worked with The Recording Academy to host their official livestream at the GRAMMYs and conduct backstage interviews with Grammy Award winners. She has also served as the emcee for Spotify Hot Country's annual Spotify House event in Nashville, Tennessee in 2023 and 2024.

In December 2021, DiLaura hosted and helped produce the two-part special, “ET Presents: Yellowstone Aftershow,” on Paramount+ giving viewers an inside look at some of the biggest moments from cable’s #1 series, “Yellowstone,” and featuring interviews with cast members and co-creator and Academy-Award nominee Taylor Sheridan.She also hosted “Tulsa King: Inside the Series” for Paramount+ ahead of the modern mafia Western's premiere in November 2022.

DiLaura has appeared on “CBS Mornings,” CNN and WGN Radio to deliver entertainment news headlines. She has won four Emmy awards, including the first-ever Daytime Personality - Daily Emmy alongside the rest of ET’s on-air hosting team in 2024.

A Detroit native, DiLaura’s previous entertainment positions include social media producer for Fox; host/producer for CelebTV; production intern for “E! News”; production associate for NBC Olympics in Sochi, Russia; and production intern for Ann Curry at NBC News. 

The Syracuse University alum received a degree in Broadcast and Digital Journalism from S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications.
