Rubin oversees all financial and business operations that support all the divisions of CBS. This group includes the CBS Television Network (CBS Entertainment, CBS News, CBS Sports), CBS Studios, CBS Television Stations, CBS Media Ventures (syndication) and the digital assets related to each of these groups.

Rubin has been with CBS (now Paramount Global) for 25 years serving in various roles including EVP of Corporate Development with responsibility for company-wide Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions. Prior to that he was chief financial officer of CBS Interactive.

Prior to joining CBS, Rubin worked in investment banking and public accounting. He is a 1992 graduate of Lehigh University with a B.S. in Accounting and a 1998 graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania where he received an MBA in Finance and Strategic Management. Bryon lives in Short Hills, N.J. with his wife Jessica, son Max and daughter Noa.
