- Nico Cantor
Nico Cantor joined CBS Sports as a soccer host and analyst in October 2020. He serves as host of CBS Sports’ live whip-around program, “The Golazo Show,” providing coverage across UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League and UEFA Europa Conference League on Paramount+ and CBS Sports Network. He also contributes as a reporter to CBS Sports’ Concacaf and UEFA Champions League coverage and as an analyst for CBS SPORTS GOLAZO NETWORK’s flagship morning show MORNING FOOTY.
Cantor also contributes to Fútbol de Primera radio as a play-by-play announcer and analyst in Spanish, most recently covering his third FIFA Men’s World Cup in Qatar. Cantor has previously worked as a studio analyst and U.S. Men’s National Team reporter at Univision, and has provided English and Spanish commentary for Univision’s coverage of Major League Soccer and Liga MX competitions.
Cantor graduated from New York University with degrees in Broadcast Journalism and Romance Languages. He is the son of legendary Spanish sports commentator Andrés Cantor.
