Aly Trost Martin is a host for CBS Sports Golazo Network, working across the Network’s studio shows including MORNING FOOTY, BOX 2 BOX and SCORELINE. Trost has covered professional men’s and women’s soccer since graduating from the University of Missouri School of Journalism in 2017, and also serves as the radio play-by-play voice of Sporting Kansas City in Major League Soccer. Trost Martin has also served as a national play-by-play announcer and sideline reporter for NWSL matches on Paramount+ and CBS Sports Network. She was the sideline reporter for Sporting Kansas City’s local TV broadcasts from 2021-2022 and was a member of the Kansas City Current’s broadcast team during the club’s inaugural season in 2021. Most recently, Trost Martin was in the broadcast booth calling play-by-play for the SheBelieves Cup 2023.

Trost Martin was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, and indoctrinated into soccer at a very young age through the influence of her family, including her great uncle Al Trost, who is a member of the National Soccer Hall of Fame and was a member of the 1972 U.S. Olympic team. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her husband, Tom, cheering on her favorite teams (Kansas City Chiefs, Sporting KC and Arsenal) and decorating, doing yoga and spending time with her family.
