Debbie Antonelli is a college basketball analyst for CBS Sports. In 2017, she was named a game analyst for CBS and Turner Sports’ NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball Championship coverage, making her the first female analyst to call men’s NCAA tournament games in 21 years. She was inducted into the Women’s Basketball Hall of Fame in 2022 and the North Carolina Sports Hall of Fame in 2021.

Antonelli has been a game analyst for CBS Sports Network’s women’s college basketball coverage since the Network launched in 2003. She also served as a reporter for CBS Sports’ NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball Championship coverage in 2000 and has called women’s regular-season games for CBS Sports.

In addition to her work with CBS Sports, Antonelli serves as a college basketball analyst for ESPN and Raycom. Since 1995, she has been the voice of the NCAA Women’s Final Four on Westwood One. Antonelli also has been an analyst in the WNBA since its inception in 1996, including the last 20 years with the Indiana Fever and the Charlotte Sting.

A seasoned broadcaster, Antonelli has worked as a television analyst for the Atlantic Coast Conference, Big 12 and Southeastern Conferences. She spent the first eight years of her career as the Director of Marketing at the University of Kentucky and Ohio State. In 2007, Antonelli was named the winner of the Women’s Basketball Coaches Association’s Mel Greenberg Media Award, which annually honors members of the media who display a commitment to women’s basketball and to advancing the role of the media in the women’s game.

Antonelli was a three-year starter for North Carolina State where she helped guide the Wolfpack to four NCAA Tournament appearances and two Sweet 16 appearances.  After graduating as a double major with a bachelor’s degree in business management and economics, Antonelli went on to earn a master’s degree in sports administration from Ohio University.

She currently runs her own basketball camps in South Carolina where she lives with her husband and three sons.
