The Network’s Series Have Led the Broadcast Pack Since February New Season Premieres, Winning Six Nights a Week and Holding 14 of the Top 20 Non-Sports Programs

CBS has led the four broadcasters since its February new season premieres, winning six nights a week (Monday-Tuesday and Thursday-Sunday).   • Six nights a week, CBS wins the night – Monday-Tuesday and Thursday-Sunday.

  • Six nights a week, CBS beats competition in the 10:00 PM hour, leading into late local news:

    • Monday +2.32 million vs closest competitor 

    • Tuesday +2.80 million vs closest competitor

    • Thursday +1.45 million vs closest competitor

    • Friday +3.60 million vs closest competitor

    • Saturday +1.37 million vs closest competitor

    • Sunday +996,000 vs closest competitor

  • Fourteen of the top 20 non-sports programs are on CBS (see table above).

Live+35-day multiplatform viewership for CBS primetime series since the February new season premieres are also up +12% year-over-year. (Based on Nielsen data + internal streaming data for Paramount+ and CBS digital apps).

  • Four series delivered audiences of 12 million or more viewers:

    • TRACKER, YOUNG SHELDON, NCIS and GHOSTS

  • Six series scored 11 million or more viewers:

    • TRACKER, YOUNG SHELDON, NCIS, GHOSTS, FBI and FIRE COUNTRY

  • Ten series hit 10 million or more viewers:

    • TRACKER, YOUNG SHELDON, NCIS, GHOSTS, FBI, FIRE COUNTRY, BLUE BLOODS, ELSBETH, THE EQUALIZER and NCIS: HAWAI’I

  • Double-Digit Increases – Nearly every CBS primetime series is posting YoY gains in multiplatform viewing with five series posting double-digit gains.

    • TRACKER is up +137% from the year ago program in the time period

    • ELSBETH is up +52% from the year ago program in the time period

    • YOUNG SHELDON is up +19% YoY

    • NCIS is up +11% 

    • S.W.A.T. is up +11%
