Noticing the disappointment in Lynn, Joan decides to invite everyone over for dinner so her birth father can meet her friends and get to know her better.  After learning of Lynn’s plans, her father Ed flies down for support and because he is a little jealous. To keep his mind off Lynn, Maya has Ed help her around the house.

As Joan and William’s romance heats up, Joan becomes obsessed with having a real “first date.”  Toni hides from her husbands divorce lawyer.
