Tia Napolitano is the showrunner and executive producer of FIRE COUNTRY. She began her career in the Shondaland camp, with credits including “Grey’s Anatomy,” “Scandal” and “Station 19.” After that, she worked under her mentors, FIRE COUNTRY co-creators Joan Rater and Tony Phelan, on “Council of Dads,” and most recently, she served as showrunner of “Cruel Summer.” Napolitano is passionate about boosting underrepresented voices and issues.
