Curtis Stone visits "The Talk" and discusses his show "Crime Scene Kitchen, recently voted one of the best ever cooking competition shows. Natalie Morales says, "And hosted as you mentioned by Joel McHale, who is so funny and sweet, we love him." Stone replies, "I don't know if he's sweet but he's very funny." Morales adds, "Now Joel, you know, I'm sure you've seen 'The Bear,' right, and you see he's kind of a nasty chef...is he like that on your show, or no?" "He's hilarious on our show, and he's always making fun of us. But he tells me that's he's been a little bit influenced by me in the kitchen, which is not true because I'm a lovely guy. When I was on the show with Joel, I was on a conference call, and I was talking to the bank, as a restauranteur you're always talking to the bloody bank. But anyway, Joel comes in and there's six people on the screen and he starts getting undressed behind me, and I'm like Joel, get out! What's wrong with you? He's always doing something ridiculous."

Amanda Kloots says, "I love this because you are both moms of three kids, so do your kids know how bad ass their moms are?" Alba responds, "I think it's easier to get them to be into you when they're younger, but I have two teenagers, and they, they're like, that looks like such a mom thing to wear. Or like that's such a mom answer, and I'm like what are talking about, like I'm trying to spit you game right now. And they're like nobody talks like that anymore." Mathis reacts, "But Jess's kids are good at teaching us little slang." Alba confirms, "They do, they teach us, and they tell us, remember they were like no more tight jeans, you're not allowed, you need to wear the wider leg jeans. And it took us a minute." Mathis adds, "The other day we were at the house, and her daughter was like going out, Honor, her oldest and she was like going out, trying on her clothes and I was like no, we can't wear that, we can't wear that either." Alba adds, "I was like, Honor, it's still, like underwear is not outerwear, it's still underwear, it goes underneath clothes."

Melissa Peterman visits "The Talk" and finally meets fellow guest Mark Harmon. She says, "I did get to meet Mark Harmon backstage, yes. And I feel like meeting him, it's been like 30 years in the making of me waiting to meet Mark Harmon, and it was everything I've dreamed. My grandma, Beverly, who lived to be 100, she passed away a few years ago. She was the biggest Mark Harmon fan there was. And when I moved to LA like 20 years ago, every time I would come home, she's like, Missy, have you met Mark Harmon yet? And I was like no Gram, I have not met him...I really wanted to get an autograph, and you know Mark is a classy guy, he doesn't do social media...I was sitting next to Wilmer Valderrama one day at a charity thing...he said I will get that autograph. And a lot of people say things, but he delivered. [video giving autograph to grandma]. Peterman reacts to video, "That made me cry, it just was really good to see her. That was one of my favorite moments. I finally made it when I got to deliver that."

Thursday on "The Talk" Natalie Morales asks Amanda Kloots if she'd take a meeting in a sauna in a bathing suit. Kloots admits, "You guys, I do this. I have two different friends that I sauna with and we have the most amazing like conversations, and business meetings, and creative ideas in the sauna. And I'll tell you why. The lighting is dim, we put on some like low-key music. And it's completely quiet, you are away from your phone, away from distractions, and you can really kind of just focus on what you need to focus on. And it's really, honestly it is so therapeutic and amazing and wonderful. And saunas are great with dementia and preventing Alzheimer's disease, it's good for your heart. So like you're getting all these amazing benefits while you're creating."

Mark Harmon and Leon Carroll Jr. visit "The Talk" and dish on their second novel, Ghosts of Panama. On what inspired them to tell these stories, Harmon shares, "Leon was my guy for 20 years, we worked together, technical advisor, there wasn't a day that went by that I didn't ask him a question...and I just paid attention to him and so we finally had a chance, at some point they asked me if I would be interested in writing a book on the show [NCIS]..I said, no I'm not interested in that, but I would be interested in telling the story of this agency. It's all him [Leon], because in some ways, it's not a payback, but it's saying thank you. To be able to be spending 20 years with someone like this...it just made a lot of sense. I don't think either one of us thought about ever being writers, right. But the first book did really well, now this is our second, there could be a third or a fourth, there's a lot of stories. We're proud of both of them for different reasons."
