LINDSEY LIBERATORE
Executive Producer on “Walker Independence”
Lindsey Liberatore is an executive producer on The CW’s highly anticipated new series WALKER INDEPENDENCE.
Liberatore is Executive Vice President of Television for Rideback, the film and television company founded by producer Dan Lin. Liberatore oversees all television production and development for the company, which has a broadcast deal at CBS Television Studios.
In addition to serving as executive producer for “Walker Independence,” Liberatore an executive producer and currently in production on season three of The CW series “Walker,” starring Jared Padalecki. She is also in production on the live-action remake of “Avatar: The Last Airbender” for Netflix, and in pre-production on “Interior Chinatown” for Hulu, based on the acclaimed Charles Yu novel of the same name.
Liberatore oversees and serves as executive producer on projects from the Rideback/Thinking Hat Campfire, a writer program with CBS Television Studios that introduces experienced creative voices to broadcast television. She also helped to develop, in partnership with MRC, the Rideback TV Incubator, a writer residency program that financially and creatively supports TV drama writers from diverse backgrounds and helps them create their own original shows aimed at the cable and streaming space.
Prior to Rideback, Liberatore spent two years as Vice President for Sony Pictures Television’s boutique TriStar label where she worked in Development and Current Programming. Before her role at TriStar, Liberatore worked at Krysten Ritter’s Silent Machine Entertainment and Ryan Reynolds’ and Allan Loeb’s DarkFire TV. Her first job in television was at Film 44. She began her career in features at The Mark Gordon Company where she was based for six years.
