Captain Larry James in “Walker”

Coby Bell stars as Captain Larry James, a former colleague turned Ranger Captain to Cordell Walker (Jared Padalecki), in The CW’s new highly anticipated drama, “Walker.”

Bell is the son of Broadway veteran and Tony-nominated actor, Michel Bell. He was born in California and attend San Jose State University where he graduated with honors.

An actor and producer known for several successful television series, Bell starred in “The Gifted,” “SEAL Team,” “Archer,” “Hand of God,” and “Mad Dogs,” among many others. Additionally, he starred in the long-running series “Burn Notice” opposite Jeffery Donovan, Gabrielle Anwar and Bruce Campbell, and “The Game,” opposite Wendy Raquel Robinson, Hosea Chanchez, Tia Mowry-Hardrict and Brittany Daniel, and created by Mara Brock-Akil.

In addition to acting, Bell enjoys basketball, tennis, singing and playing the keyboard.

When not filming, Bell resides in New York City with his wife and family.
