DOUG HIRES A DOG WALKER TO WALK ARTHUR, IN THE FOURTH-SEASON PREMIERE OF "THE KING OF QUEENS," SEPT. 24 ON THE CBS TELEVISION NETWORK

"Walk, Man"-- Doug hires a dog walker to get Arthur out of the house, on the fourth-season premiere of THE KING OF QUEENS, to be broadcast Monday, Sept. 24 (8:00-8:30 PM, ET/PT), on the CBS Television Network. Rob Schiller directed the episode from a script by Michael Weithorn, one of the series' executive producers.

In an effort to spend more quality time with Carrie, Doug hires Spence's dog walker (guest star Nicole Sullivan, "Mad TV") to walk Arthur three times a week. Doug tricks Arthur into this by telling him she is writing a school paper on WWII, a topic on which he is well versed, but her constant visits make Arthur think she is falling for him.

THE KING OF QUEENS revolves around Doug Heffernan (Kevin James), a Queens, N.Y., parcel deliveryman with simple desires. Among his prized processions is a 70-inch television that his lovely wife, Carrie (Leah Remini), provided for him. However, now that Arthur (Jerry Stiller), Carrie's widowed father, lives with them, Doug's television room has become Arthur's bedroom. Doug and his sport fan buddies, Deacon (Victor Williams), Spence (Patton Oswalt) and Danny (Gary Valentine) -- as well as the beloved television -- have been relegated to the garage, and Doug now shares his castle with a very eccentric father-in-law and his very unusual habits.

THE KING OF QUEENS is produced by Hanley Productions Inc. and CBS Productions, in association with Columbia TriStar Television. Michael Weithorn, Josh Goldsmith, Cathy Yuspa and Kevin James are the executive producers.
