Monday on "The Talk" Seth and Lauren Rogen announce exclusively their new educational initiative, HFC Universe, which offers free classes around brain health and Alzheimer prevention/awareness taught by celebrity faculty including Kristen Bell, Olympic Gold Medalist snowboarder Chloe Kim, Quinta Brunson, Maitreyi Ramakrishnan and Seth himself. Seth says, "One thing that we found on this whole journey of having this charity [Hilarity for Charity], is I think most people conceptually don't even understand that you can take care of your brain...And people think that around half of cases of  Alzheimers are preventable if you take care of your brain. And another study that we actually scientifically published was that people learn better from celebrities than from doctors...and so we recruited celebrities to teach the course work because it was proven to be the best way to do it." To promote brain health, Lauren adds, "You need to prioritize your sleep, it's the best thing you can do for your brain...we've been working on our sleep for a couple years...we adopted some things, I have a cooling pad, I have a weighted blanket, I have a mask, I have a sound, you know rituals. But I have improved my sleep, because we track our sleep and so yes, in the mornings we will compare our scores. This morning we woke up and Seth was like 'Oh, I got a 70.' And I stayed quiet until a little bit ago because I got 100." "Hilarity for Charity's" annual fund raiser is on May 7th at The Hollywood Bowl and features Snoop Dog, Janelle James, Ronny Chieng, Little Dicky, Ramy Youssef, and surprise guests. It’s called ‘Seth Smokes the Bowl’.
