Damon Wayans Sr visits "The Talk" with son, Damon Jr and shares the moment he knew he had the gift for comedy. Wayans (Sr) reveals, "I had a teacher in seventh grade named Mr. Friedman. Who, one day, he was a science teacher, he was trying to explain inertia to the class. I said, okay, Mr. Friedman what happens when a fly flies into the train and the train starts moving, why doesn't the fly get smashed against the train. And he tried to explain...after class he was like, you stumped me. He said, you have a gift, the problem is I need to control the room. He said, because everyone listens to you. So I'll make a deal with you, Fridays at 2:55 it's your time to do whatever you want to say or do, for 5 minutes. And I would shut my mouth so I could perform. And I would do impressions of him and all the other teachers. He was the only one that told me that I had a gift. Everybody else said you're gonna be dead or in jail, including the guidance counselor." Morgan Freeman visits "The Talk" and opens up about working on "Lioness." On what it was that brought him into the show, he reveals, "Taylor [Sheridan]. I'm long time, by long time I mean ever since 'Yellowstone,' a fan of him, his mind, his writing. And once we started working on Lioness, his directing. He's just an awesome human being, talent for days." On his admiration for Nicole Kidman, he admits, "I think 'Moulin Rouge' may be the best movie ever made. I think from acting to editing, it's just clean, awesome." He goes on, "I met Nicole some years ago, told her that I would give my left foot to be able to get on screen with her...wish for it, and it's gonna happen for you."

Jason Ritter visits "The Talk" and reveals why he thinks audiences have embraced the new CBS series "Matlock." Ritter says, "I think there is a couple reasons, one I think everybody likes an underdog, everybody likes seeing someone who is consistently underestimated be smarter than everyone and come out on top. And I also just think Kathy [Bates] is one of those special people that are just inherently lovely and watchable, and to see a character that is this complicated, to see her tackle it is just amazing." Natalie Morales asks, "We did find out from the first episode that your character might actually not be a good guy, he may be a bad guy, are you having fun with that?" He reacts, "Aren't we all a little bit of both? If you haven't seen the first episode, I recommend checking it out before you watch tonight's because there is a big twist at the end, and you find out there's a big mystery that will be a season long thing." Jerry O'Connell jokes, "I always knew it, Jason has always been so nice. I knew you were evil."
