Cedric The Entertainer visits "The Talk" and dishes on the new season of "The Neighborhood" and spinoff "Crutch." Cedric shares, "So at the end of last season we had a new grandbaby...this is us kind of leaning into be grandparents and still having our kids still need us a lot, which is modern day life, right...Marty and the girl, they're not a couple so, we have to be those active grandparents...we wanted to tell this real modern day story of you know, how it is nowadays...it's not packaged up, have the baby everybody's good, like nobody's doing that anymore." On his "Neighborhood" spinoff "Crutch" starring Tracy Morgan, he reveals, "It's going great, we actually just shot the pilot in New York, it's a sitcom based off Crutchfield is his last name, and so everyone calls him Crutch. He is a Harlem shop owner, and his adult kids have to move back into the home and it's all about him being a widow...and things sort of go haywire from there. But he's the New York version of Calvin."

- Deon Cole guest co-hosts on "The Talk" and gives the play by play on Paul McCartney surprising him at his Los Angeles comedy show. Coles says, "He came to the green room...he pulls out a joint. What do I do? I was like, I haven't smoked in like 13 years, but when Paul McCartney asks you to smoke, you smoke. We sat there and we smoked, and we talked about Michael Jackson...I go on stage, and I bombed. I had the worse show I ever had. Because I haven't smoked and performed in 13 years." He adds, "So I told everybody at the end, because I didn't want to throw him out there. So at the end of an hour set, he sat there the whole time in the back. I told them at the end, I said man, the reason why this show sucks so bad is because I smoked with my good friend. And I said come up here, and when he came up here the audience gassed."

Thursday on "The Talk" hosts share thoughts on Hoda Kotb's announcing she's leaving "The Today Show." Natalie Morales says, "Hoda I just love you so much, and you know, it takes a lot of courage to do what she's doing...to be able to walk away from that and spend more time with her family ...especially young girls, you know, really need their mom. I get it. I did it myself. And it's a hard thing. That job is so high pressure and there's so much that goes into preparing each day that it takes a lot out of you. I totally understand it. I'm so proud of her because it took a lot of courage." Jerry O'Connell adds, "Before I worked here, I was a guest on her show, and nobody does it like her...she makes you feel so welcome." He jokes, "That said, I am not leaving 'The Talk'...because I want to spend less time with my children. I need to get away from them. I need distance with my children."

Wednesday on “The Talk” guest co-host Alfonso Ribeiro unpacks Anna Delvey's 'nothing' comment after being eliminated from "Dancing with the Stars." “There was a lot of shock in the room, like obviously not an answer that any of us would be expecting...She was clearly a trendsetter...for her and her journey, it’s really difficult in that situation because you're being told, bye, you stink, you're not good enough, we don't want you here, right, and at the end of the day you have to react to that. She spent the entire time getting destroyed on social. It was an honest answer, what am I going to take away from this? Hurt, pain, suffering." Ribeiro adds, "It's sad, because whatever the reasons for doing the show, she didn't get to show any of that because she was stuck in her head." Former DWTS contestant Amanda Kloots adds, "I would have said, turn off your social media, don’t look at comments...But that experience, as you know, it’s life changing. It changed my life, it healed me in ways I never expected it to...I think it was a disgrace that she said she got nothing." Ribeiro agrees, and adds, "My life has changed greatly...my career is back because of that show, I owe everything to that show."

Natasha Rothwell visits “The Talk” and dishes on the upcoming season of “White Lotus.” Jerry O’Connell says, “You just finished shooting season three. Belinda is back! How was it returning?” Rothwell reacts, “In Thailand, Thailand for five months. It’s very hot Thailand. But It was amazing to return. And actually Carrie Coon who’s in this season as well gave me a great metaphor. It’s like putting on a wet bathing suit, you know it fits, it doesn’t feel great, but once you get in the water you’re like, oh yeah, I know how to do this. It was so amazing to be back, and I literally have signed my life away so I can’t give you any spoilers. But I will say, it’s bigger, better and more exciting than anything that’s come before.” She adds, “I mean Parker [Posey], I mean Leslie [Bibb], the list of folks there made me so nervous…I was hiding from all of these big names. And Carrie comes up to me and she’s just like hi, we’re all over here, we’re just like really nervous to meet you. And I was like what? And she was like you’re OG White Lotus, and so then I went from this to like yes, I am. Yes I am.”
